About Udsyn
All of Denmark on one map, with what the registers know about every property
Udsyn brings together buildings, plots, valuations, plans, nature, noise and climate from the Danish public registers, and shows them on a 3D map with sun and shade. Search for what matters, and see where a register does not know the answer.
What Udsyn is, and what it is not
Udsyn is a lookup tool. Everything Udsyn shows is for guidance, and it always says where a number comes from.
Udsyn is
- A lookup tool for Danish properties, fields and forests, built on public registers.
- Its own calculations on top: 3D, trees, sun and shade, views, building rights and cost estimates.
- Unknown where a register does not know. Never a no or a 0 that looks like an answer.
- The source of every number, when you want to see it.

Udsyn is not
- Not a building survey report (tilstandsrapport) or an inspection.
- Not a valuation by an estate agent or a valuer.
- Not a land survey: estimates and calculations are for guidance.
- Not legal advice: the municipality decides what may be built.

Find properties and plots by plot, buildings, nature, view, sun, noise, plans and building rights. Results on the map and in a list.
Building rights and what if
See how much may be built on a plot under the local plan and the building regulations, and draw an extension and check it against the rules.
Monitoring and alerts
Watch properties and searches, and get an email on sales, new local plans, new homes for sale, price drops and building cases nearby.
Energy and renovation
Energy label, estimated energy class, roof area and solar potential, and cost estimates for a new roof, insulation and a heat pump from measured quantities.

Portfolio analysis

List homes for sale on Udsyn with their own profile, 3D, sun and views, embed them on the agency's site, and follow the statistics.
Who uses Udsyn
Anyone can use the map. For work, Udsyn has a page for each profession (in Danish).
